Rev. Dr. Stephen Wengam, General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God, Ghana, has received a significant national appointment. He has been named the Chairman of the newly inaugurated Governing Council of the Ghana Immigration Service (GIS).
The appointment was made by President John Dramani Mahama and was officially confirmed during an inauguration ceremony held at the Ministry of the Interior in Accra on Wednesday, 26th June 2025.
This marks a major moment of national service for Rev. Dr. Wengam, whose leadership in both the church and broader civic spheres continues to be widely recognized. His appointment is seen as a testament to the value of integrity, faith-driven leadership, and service to both God and country.
I love the page. Keep it up!
Hmmm….that’s very broad topic for discussion.
Biblical and personal experiences leads to one’s choice.
In regards to business, total capacity ( skills, commitment, attitude etc) of one is paramount to the religious stand of a person.
Congratulations to Reverend Dr. Stephen Wengam.
Believers must pray for him to do the job right.
